Visual Style

All visual elements for the simulation were designed in Canva, including the customer management system, call queue, customer interactions, escalation chat, and other workplace interfaces. I created a consistent visual system to make the experience feel like a realistic SaaS work environment rather than a traditional e-learning course.

To move beyond static mockups, I used Claude Code as an AI-assisted development tool. I provided the interface designs and functional requirements, and Claude generated the programming needed to make selected elements interactive, including clickable navigation, functional buttons, and screen changes.

Branding

SummitSoft is a fictional company created specifically for this project. I developed its logo and visual identity in Canva, then carried the brand’s navy, blue, and white color palette, typography, and logo imagery throughout the simulation to create a cohesive and realistic workplace environment.

A terracotta accent color was intentionally chosen to contrast with SummitSoft’s cool blue brand palette. It is used throughout the learning experience to signal learner decisions, customer interactions, and moments requiring attention or action, helping important elements stand out while keeping the company interface visually consistent.
